If your email stops working suddenly, please check that your internet connection is still working. If not, contact your ISP.
If you have set your email client to look for email every 1 minute, this will cause our firewall to block your connection. You must not set this frequency as it's too much and will cause our firewall to ban your IP.
Please change the settings within outlook to be 5 minutes or more on the receive of email. (if you have an important email coming in, just use the manual send/receive button).
Once you have done this, please visit the website www.whatismyip.com and obtain your connection IP. Please raise a support ticket at www.awebserver.co.uk and let us know the IP and confirm the problem you have been having. We will check our firewall and remove the blocked IP which will allow your email to return to normal.
