Set-Up Cost Options for New Business Customers

We can help with Google Workspace set-up & migration from 3rd party systems

In order for Google Workspace to work for your domain name, adjustments must be made to the DNS entries for your domain name and the Google Workspace needs to be configured for one or more users. This is something we do for most customers, however if you are technical and understand how to modify the DNS, you can do this yourself. Mostly, this is carried out by IT professionals or agencies.

Configuring DNS for your Domain Name

Once Google Workspace is purchased, your domain name will need to be adjusted with 5 x MX entries and 2 TXT entries in order for Google Workspace to work. This will be done for you if you ask us to do the installation for you.

Configuring Google Workspace for your Business

Aside from adding users, which will be from 1 to as many staff as you have within your business, you will need to configure Google Workspace to ensure you have users, alias, groups and device policies in place. You can also define which apps your staff have access to.

Install Options

Basic Set-Up (Domains & Hosting with W.E.B.S Ltd) – £50 + vat

We will modify your domain name, configure the MX records and give you admin access to Google Workspace to configure users, alias, groups, apps and device policy.

Basic Set-Up (Domains & Hosting with 3rd Party) – £75 + vat

We will connect to your 3rd party service provider and configure DNS manually, adjust the domain name, configure MX records and give you admin access to Google Workspace to configure users, alias, groups, apps and device policy.

Basic Set-Up (No Domain or Hosting) – £150 + vat
Additional costs may apply depending on your needs. We will discuss this with you before beginning any work and will confirm the price.

You will need a domain name + DNS control panel (or hosting, if you plan to deploy a website). Once this is set up, we can perform the basic set-up and configure your domain to work with Google Workspace and setup the system and email users.

These options suits most business customers. We will configure your domain name, configure DNS, set-ip backups MX records, configure G-Suite, create users and issue passwords, configure basic device policy, define user alias and create up to 5 groups. We also brand the Google Workspace with a custom company logo (depending on edition owned).

We will also configure 1 IMAP or POP3 import for a single user and configure the settings and demonstrate how it works, so you can import any subsequent users BEFORE the migration to Google Workspace.

Custom Set-Up (Cost: TBA)

If you have a specific requirement and need to discuss your needs, prior to ordering, please phone 0800 756 9975 or send us an email.

Why you should choose Google Workspace

In today’s fast-paced world, the use of cloud-based productivity suites has become a necessity for businesses to keep up with the demands of the modern workplace. Two of the most popular options available are Google Workspace and Office 365. While both offer a range of features and tools to help businesses be more productive, Google Workspace has several benefits that make it a superior choice for many companies.

One of the key advantages of Google Workspace is its ease of use. The suite is designed with a simple and intuitive interface, making it easy for users to navigate and find the tools they need. Additionally, Google Workspace is cloud-based, which means users can access their files and documents from anywhere, on any device with an internet connection. This is particularly useful for businesses that have remote workers or employees who need to work on the go.

Another benefit of Google Workspace is its collaboration features. The suite allows multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously, making it easier for teams to work together on projects. Google Workspace also has built-in chat and video conferencing tools, which allow team members to communicate in real-time, regardless of their location.

In addition to its productivity features, Google Workspace also offers integration with other Google services, such as YouTube and Google My Business. This means that businesses can use their Google account to access these services, making it easier to manage their online presence and reach customers.

W.E.B.S Ltd is an approved partner of Google Workspace and has many years of experience helping businesses to transition to the suite. Their team of experts can provide training and support to help businesses get the most out of the suite and ensure a smooth transition.

In conclusion, while both Google Workspace and Office 365 offer a range of features and tools, Google Workspace has several advantages that make it a superior choice for many businesses. Its ease of use, collaboration features, and integration with other Google services make it an ideal solution for companies looking to increase productivity and efficiency. Working with a Google Workspace partner like W.E.B.S Ltd can help businesses to make the transition to the suite and get the most out of its features.
